Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did not feel the same when Marcus Rashford secured a late victory at Paris Saint-Germain for Manchester United once again.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was proud of Manchester United for other unforgettable late Champions League win over Paris Saint-Germain but said it was not the same in a “sterile” environment.
However, Solskjaer admitted there was not the same feeling with no fans attending in Paris on this occasion due to restrictions in place in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
“It’s a different feeling from the last time we won here, it’s at the start of the group stage but we’ve beaten a fantastic team,” Solskjaer told BT Sport.
“Last time it was a knockout and it was euphoric, this is sterile without the fans but it’s still excellent and we deserved to win.”
