Once again Toni Kroos raised his voice on crucial topics

Toni Kroos raised his voice at a conference on cyberbullying about topics he believes are crucial to the football world.

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier who was the keynote speaker, personally asked Kroos to be a guest at the conference.

He also remarked on the exit of Mesut Özil from the German national team. Apart from criticizing once again, as many times before, the tight schedule of matches due to which the players are injured,

“Kroos said, “After the 2018 World Cup, I said I didn’t like Mesut leaving the national team, nor the way he did it. They immediately called me a Nazi. Blonde hair, blue eyes, that alone was enough for people to get me on they call him a Nazi on the Internet, adding:

“I fought it, but it wasn’t easy. Today, anyone can hide behind a fake profile and insult other people. It’s not good and we have to work on it. People are responsible for what is said.”
