Milan is keen on hiring Olympique Lyonnais winger Memphis Depay for a €20 m cut-price contract, says Tuttomercatoweb.
The Dutch international is reportedly not playing due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament but will be mostly back next season.
Depay had a fantastic season before his injury, including five in five Champions League appearances scoring 14 goals in 18 competitive games.
His contract is not likely to be extended and it is going to be expiring in June 2021.
The club does not qualify for Europe as particularly as early termination of Ligue 1.
It would be a tough bargain for Milan for Depay’s hiring as Depay’s asking price was €50 m.
The deal is worth EUR 20 m plus a percentage of any potential transfer fee stated Italian article.
He was sold to Lyon in January 2017 from Manchester United which he joined in 2015. He came through the PSV Eindhoven Academy.
