Lautaro Martinez “will find peace of mind” in the midst of close ties with Barcelona, champions of La Liga, said Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta.
“There are two factors to be considered, the competitive one, and the one related to the concurrent transfer market,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.
“Inter doesn’t want to sell a 23-year-old lad like him, but it’s a time when rumors fly around. In the first half of the season, we saw Lautaro-the fantastic guy, who attracted the interest of the major clubs.”
“Today, to guarantee Inter the success rate he displayed in the first half of the season, he has to find peace of mind.”
