Teenager winger Mamin Sanyang from Hoffenheim was signed by Bayern Munich for a three-year contract.
The 17-year-old forward will play next season for the Bayern’s Under-19 team who moved from the Gambia to Germany when he was 10.
In 19 appearances Sanyang scored nine goals in the U17 Bundesliga and with four assists two in the U19 division in 2019-20.
Jochen Sauer, academy manager said, “Mamin is an extremely fast and dangerous winger. We see him as an ideal reinforcement for our Under-19 team and are very happy to be wearing the Bayern jersey in the future.”
