Ancelotti: We need good players, their age or experience doesn’t matter

Carlo Ancelotti was convinced that Everton will expend this season, but the manager pursues that his squad’s “character and personality” will also change to win at the Premier League’s highest end.

The Guardian reports, Ancelotti insisted he could reinforce despite the financial uncertainty throughout football, and the need for improvement of the team was again barely placed in defeat at Tottenham on Monday.

“I have assurances from the board that we will improve the squad,” he said. While asked whether he needed sell to purchase, he answered: “No.”

Including James Rodríguez, Thiago Silva, Edinson Cavani, and Adrien Rabiot, a number of his former players, have been related to Ancelotti. In chasing defender Gabriel Magalhães from Lille, the team has made progress.

“We need good players, so the players we are signing up to should be good players,” said Ancelotti.

“It doesn’t matter whether they are young or old; whether they have experience or no experience.”

“Good players are important. The names mentioned are the same names that were listed a year ago while I was in Napoli. They’re following me!”
