At the reopening of the transfer window, West Ham United is reportedly interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
In 2017 the 25-year-old moved from Monaco to Chelsea for £40 m but spent just one season at Stamford Bridge before being loaned out.
Bakayoko has spent the previous two seasons with AC Milan and back in Monaco respectively, although the latter is not expected at the end of this season to make his loan deal permanent.
The Frenchman remains surplus to West London requirements and he could stay with West Ham in the capital, claims Le 10 Sport.
Allegedly, although Hammers could face competition from AC Milan, they might be interested in a loan deal for Bakayoko, although Paris Saint-Germain was previously also credited with an interest.
