Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton has expressed his thoughts from the Londoners’ 1-0 win over Liverpool in the EPL.
“Klopp is really annoyed, talking to the fourth official on the touchline about something. I have no idea what he is talking about. His team was completely outclassed today,” said Sutton.
“Chelsea were clearly better and more comfortable. Edouard Mendy didn’t have to do anything in the second half.”
“Liverpool have huge problems if they still hope to finish in the top four. They will probably have to win the Champions League to qualify for the tournament again.”
“And Chelsea is certainly one of the favorites to get into the top four now.”
Liverpool is 7th in the EPL, with 43 points after 27 matches, four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.
Jurgen Klopp’s side beat RB Leipzig 2-0 in the first leg of the Champions League 1/8.
