Bayern Munich defender David Alaba, Pini Zahavi has denied reports that his client has agreed on a move to Barcelona.
“It’s not true,” Zahavi told SPOX.
It was previously reported by Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo that the player’s representatives and Barcelona president Joan Laporta had reached a verbal agreement on Alaba’s move to the Catalan club.
According to SPOX, PSG, Chelsea, and Real Madrid are bidding for the player. Alaba wants to play in the Spanish league and the Madrid club is seen as the most likely place for the player to continue his career.
The Austrian played 23 games scored two goals and made one assist in the Bundesliga this season.
