Agent of Achraf Hakim has insisted that his client is “happy” in Italy, in the wake of reports linking Inter Milan full-back to a move to Arsenal.
The Gunners are expected to sign a new right-back ahead of the 2021-22 season, with Hector Bellerin expected to leave the Emirates this summer.
Ahead of the forthcoming transfer window, Hakimi, who is believed to be worth £40 million, has since been linked with a move to Mikel Arteta’s side however, the 22-year-old’s agent has quickly dismissed such reports.Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss, agent Alejandro Camano said: “Hakimi is happy at Inter with [Antonio] Conte, who is an excellent coach. Conte’s style of play suits Achraf and I think he will end up improving a lot because of this experience with the Nerazzurri.”
