Francisco Trincao is expecting that the club captain will remain at Camp Nou, even after Lionel Messi has informed Barcelona of his willingness to leave, claims Goal.
Trincao displayed his excitement of joining Barca and expects he’ll get the moment to play adjacent to the six-time winner of the Ballon d’Or.
“I want him to stay, of course. We will see what happens,” Trincao said.
“I came here two weeks ago to do my job, and to be a benchmark for this club. I’m very pleased to be here and I hope I can have lots of games, goals, and assists.”
“Everyone has their story and I want mine to be created and make club history, of course.”
