Barcelona forward Luis Suarez finished third on the club’s all-time goalscorer chart, after scoring the winner in their 1-0 victory over Espanyol.
The Uruguayan scored his 195th La Blaugrana strike against Francisco Rufete’s side, eventually overtaking Barcelona’s hero Laszlo Kubala.
In 2014 Suarez joined the Liverpool Catalan giants and the 33-year-old has been a prolific goal-scoring threat in his tenure at Camp Nou.
In each of the last four seasons in La Liga, he has managed over 20 goals with his latest strike in 2019-20 bringing him up to 14 goals in league action.
The veteran striker had looked likely to miss the rest of the season since having knee surgery back in January, but the extension of the competition, owing to coronavirus, has allowed him to return to play.
