When Liverpool returned to the Premier League action with a 0-0 draw, Jurgen Klopp hailed “world-class” Alisson Becker.
Regarding the draw, Klopp didn’t have any complaints – in the last 3 seasons, it was the third stalemate between the sides – and was gushing in his praise of Alisson, who highlighted his status as one of the world’s best goalkeepers.
“It says a lot about him.” He told on his press conference after the match.
“We shouldn’t take him for granted. That’s absolutely outstanding.”
“That’s what a world-class goalie is, doing nothing for 90 minutes quite a lot, then he’s there.”
