La Liga: Valencia beat Levante

Gonçalo Guedes and Carlos Soler scored twice as Valencia beat Levante 4-3 in the Spanish league La Liga. With this win, Valencia is seventh on the points table with 28 points, while Levante’s disappointing performance continues and is yet to open the account.

Earlier, for Levante, Jose Campana made a shot from the center of the box in the 21st minute of the football match which crossed the goal post. After this, Roger Marti scored a goal from Jose Luis Morales in the 24th minute to give the team a 2-0 lead. However, before the end of the first half, Guedes scored for Valencia in the 44th minute through Hugo Duro’s pass and tried to cut the lead. Valencia took an aggressive approach in the second half and Carlos converted a penalty in the 50th minute to level the score at 2-2.

Carlos then gave the team the lead in the 72nd minute with a goal from Guedes. He then scored on Marcos Andre’s pass in the 85th minute to make the score 4-2. However, in injury time for Levante, Enis Bardhi hit a near Roberto Soldado which was declared a goal in the VAR review. But despite this, the team could not achieve the level by the stipulated time. Meanwhile, Valencia’s Uros Racic and Levante’s Roberto Soldado were shown red cards in injury time.
