Borja Valero officially returned from Inter, announced Fiorentina.
The Viola brought back the ‘Mayor of Florence’ after three years in San Siro, which had been his nickname for the first time in the Artemio Franchi.
“Fiorentina announces that the player Borja Valero Iglesias has been registered,” the club wrote in a statement.
“After three seasons at Inter, the Spanish player returns to Florence, making 100 performances, scoring five goals.”
“You look amazing in purple,” tweeted Fiorentina.
Between 2012 and 2017 the veteran spent five seasons in Toscana, he will now wear the No6 in his second season with the club.
